As standard practise, we do not scan documents before dispatching them. Therefore if you wish us to scan your documents and email to you, you need to order this service below.

What you should be aware of

  • Multiple documents in a bundle (under one covering sheet) are NOT accepted by the embassy. Each document needs to be apostilled separately for legalisation.
  • Legalisation charges from the Iraq consualte are various to different commercial documents. If you have commercial documents to be legalised for use in Iraq, please contact us for the correct fee.

  2. A copy of above document;
  3. Completed Order Form (click here);
  4. Online payment receipt;
  5. A prepaid return envelope, if you are not willing to collect or pay us for shipping service;

Notes

  • Public holidays in the UK and in the home country of the consulate and occaisional closures of the consulate will extend our processing times.
  • Consular charges may increase without notice. If this happens whilst you are applying for a legalisation with us, we will contact you to ask for the difference.
  • We will not provide services until payment has been received.
