Solicitor and notary certification
We offer solicitor-certified copies and document certification for apostille and legalisation purposes. For the purposes of obtaining an apostille, a solicitor can:
• certify true copies of original documents;
• confirm that the document being apostilled is an original;
• swear documents such as statutory declarations or affidavits;
• declare that companies are in good standing and validly incorporated.
Using a solicitor is cheaper than using a notary. However, some overseas authorities require a documents to be notarised.
We can arrange for a solicitor or a notary to assist where required. They can also participate in video calls directly with you if needed. Please contact us for more details.
