We attend the FCDO in Milton Keynes personally to present documents for legalisation / apostille on a daily basis. Once the apostille has been applied, we collect the document from them and you can collect it from our offices, or we can return it to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery (select the relevant option when adding to basket).
We can also provide a solicitor or notary certification upon request.

Our standard service takes 4-5 working days. You will be able to pick up the document from our office then. Alternatively, if you want us to send it back to you, add return delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL International Courier (if you live abroad).

Solicitor certification
If your documentation does not contain the signature, stamp or seal of a UK public official, it must be certified as a true copy of an original, or as an original document by an solicitor or notary before being apostilled. We can provide a solicitor certification service for you. This service can be used on the following documents:
Passport, Driving licence, Degree certificate, Transcript, GCSE result, Qualification certificates, School Report, TEFL certificate, DBS check, Scotland Disclosure, Access NI, HMRC document, P60, DWP Letter, Pension letter, HMPO document, Bank statement, Deed Poll, Naturalisation certificate, Electronic document, Employment letter, Enrolment letter, Translation, Utility bill, Certificate of Incorporation.
Other forms of solicitor certification are available. Call for a quote.
We can also arrange for notarisation by a notary.
These documents DO NOT need certification for an apostille:
Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, Civil Partnership certificate, Certificate of No Impediment (CNI), The Letter of No Trace, Death certificate, ACRO/NPCC/ICPC certificate, Decree Absolute with original wet stamp, Court documents with original wet stamp, Certificate of residence (HMRC), and other documents which have been signed by a UK public official.
